Smart Cleaning Services is SafeContractor approved, and our team holds Water Jetting Association (WJA) Safety Awareness certification. Our operatives also hold CSCS cards and training certificates covering Manual Handling, COSHH, Working at Height and Asbestos Awareness. For powered access equipment, our operatives hold IPAF Powered Access Licence (PAL) cards.

Removing moss, algae and accumulated dirt can help reveal the tiles’ original colour. The finished appearance depends on their age and condition, as cleaning cannot reverse natural weathering or wear.
Can you replace broken roof tiles or carry out repointing?
